Freeman’s Safe Return Plan

In March 2021, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act became public law.  The ARP Act requires each school district that receives ARP funds to develop and make publicly available on the school district’s website a plan for the safe return to in-person instruction, including the continuity of services for all schools. The ARP Act further requires that the district seek public comment on the Safe Return Plan and take those comments into account in the finalization of the plan.

Please Note: Freeman Public Schools plans to open in the Fall of 2021 with no restrictions. This plan was created in case of a change and the need to ensure student, staff, and public safety.
