All seniors participated in the🗣️Voice of Democracy🎤audio📝essay contest‼️ The topic for this🗓️year was "Is🇺🇸America☀️Today Our Forefather's🧐Vision?" Solomon Delhay, Jordyn Pella, and Anna Johansen took top🏅honors at the📍local level‼️ Solomon went on to earn 3️⃣rd🥉place at the district level‼️ The🗣️Voice of Democracy contest is sponsored by the Burrows-DeBoer🪖VFW Post 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣4️⃣2️⃣‼️ #WeAreFreeman🐦

In🗓️October, all 8️⃣th graders participated in the🇺🇸Patriot🖋️Pen📝essay with Brenna Harms, Jayden Pella, Sam Effken, and Cora Novacek earning top🏅honors at the📍local level‼️ Brenna and JJ's📝essays went on to💪🏻compete at the district level where Brenna earned 2️⃣nd🥈place and JJ earned 3️⃣rd🥉place‼️ This🗓️year's🇺🇸Patriot🖊️Pen topic was "My🗣️Voice in🇺🇸America's Democracy." The📍local Burrows-DeBoer🪖VFW Ladies Auxilary sponsored the🇺🇸Patriot🖊️Pen contest‼️ #WeAreFreeman🐦
